Summary
Due to production and sourcing limitations, we have decided to redesign the Cross|Up to ensure that it is a product worthy of our customers and set at a reasonable price.
If you wish to ensure you receive updates on the Cross|Up redesign as soon as they are announced, follow us on social media or subscribe by email.
Updates and information:
Update 2 - January 7th, 2026:
We are still off-loading XU (Cross|Up) content and expect to do so for a few more months.
Additionally, we do not have any updates on the XU redesign to share at this time.
Update 1 - August 20th, 2025:
We are currently remastering and off-loading any XU (Cross|Up) content we have in our back-logs.
With this iteration of the Cross|Up done, we wanted to make sure the content we made was out for our customers to see.
You will be seeing content pour out throughout the rest of the year, but please do not expect this to mean we will have news on the redesign.
When we have the redesign completed and we are ready to share information, we guarantee you will all see that update.
Original post - February 21st, 2025:
A significant amount of time has passed since our last restock of the Cross|Up. Many of our supporters have been patiently waiting on more news, and we would like to offer some insight into the current state and future of the Cross|Up.
We will be selling a supply of Cross|Ups next week. This is a very limited supply, and we expect the stock to sell out extremely quickly. We will be posting updates from our social media accounts in the meantime.
Cross|Up purchase details:
- Orders will start at 9:00am PST on Friday, February 28th.
- One order per customer.
- Order comes with a Cross|Up, backpack, and Brook Wingman FGC.
- This is the same backpack that Kickstarter backers received with their Cross|Up.
- Cost will be $400.
- This price does not include tax, shipping, or any import taxes/fees (if they apply).
- Orders will be made on the Cross|Up product page:
We have been working diligently on trying to produce more of the Cross|Up in its current form, but Cross|Up has a very specific mix of parts and features that can no longer be supplied to us or supplied at a reasonable price. This means the Cross|Up must return to the development stage to be offered at a fair price while maintaining the its features.
At first glance the Cross|Up can simply appear to be a stick with additional buttons. Anyone who owns or has looked at a Cross|Up at length knows it is so much more. We regret that we must ask for your continued patience while we design the next iteration of Cross|Up.
We want to thank everyone that supported the Cross|Up Kickstarter and made this awesome controller a reality. And we want to thank every Cross|Up user out there for their support. We appreciate you all greatly and look forward to a new era.
