As many of you know, Coronavirus/COVID-19 has affected the lives of everyone in the United States. The HB team has been monitoring the situation very closely to determine our next best step.
Our team has health as our “priority zero”. So, ensure that our team and operations are as healthy as possible, we will be temporarily suspending all shipments until April 2020. The site will be in pre-order starting now. We will keep you updated on a specific date as more national/state announcements are made over the coming days.
However, other business functions will still continue as normal. Product questions will still be answered in our email (support@hitboxarcade.com). Product support will still happen online. Any returns and other similar business functions will still be processed. And yes, we’re still pushing as much as we can regarding finishing up the Cross|Up development.
Any pre-orders are also refundable, should you choose. Please contact us at support@hitboxarcade.com, and we’ll process it right away. Additionally, we are currently reaching out to customers who ordered, but got rolled into pre-order as well.
